- Unopened and Undamaged Products: The item must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Time Frame: Requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process your request.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

- Custom or personalized items.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
How to Request a Return, Refund, or Exchange
To initiate a return, refund, or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email to notify us of your request. Please include your order number, a description of the item, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Approval: Upon approval of your request, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or an error was made on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is returned safely.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an unopened item for a different product:
- Follow the return request process above.
- Once the original item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including offering a replacement or refund.
